1. Overview
At Wireless Waves TX, we take pride in the quality of our products. All sales are considered final unless the specific conditions outlined in this policy are met. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with the terms below. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
2. All Sales Final — Default Position
We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the limited circumstances described in this policy.
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Items that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
- Items purchased on clearance, marked "Final Sale," or sold as part of a bundle or promotion
- Digital products, gift cards, and store credit
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, drops, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications
- Items with removed, altered, or missing serial numbers or IMEI
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address
- Items returned without prior written authorization from us
3. Eligible Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date as shown by the carrier's tracking system. Requests submitted after 7 days will be automatically denied, regardless of the reason.
To initiate a return, you must email returns@wirelesswavestx.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the defect or damage (required)
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Do not ship any item back before receiving a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. Unauthorized returns will be refused at delivery and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
4. Eligible Return Conditions
Only the following situations qualify for consideration:
4a. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If a product is non-functional upon first use and reported within 48 hours of delivery, we will review the claim. Evidence (photo/video) is mandatory. If verified, we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or store credit. Cash refunds are not issued for DOA claims.
4b. Incorrect Item Shipped
If you receive an item materially different from what you ordered, you must report it within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will ship the correct item once the incorrect item is received and inspected. We cover return shipping only in this scenario.
4c. Significantly Not as Described
If a product is significantly and materially different from its listing description (not including minor color variation, packaging differences, or accessory substitutions of equal value), you may submit a claim within 7 days. We reserve the sole right to determine whether a discrepancy is "significant."
5. No Remorse / Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, accidental orders, or because the customer found a lower price elsewhere. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
6. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from any refund or store credit issued. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
7. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Wireless Waves TX is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Items that arrive back damaged due to insufficient packaging will be denied.
8. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Store credit:
- Is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Is non-transferable and has no cash value
- Cannot be applied toward shipping charges
Where a cash refund is legally required, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. We will not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used at checkout.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback with full documentation of your order and delivery
- Permanently ban your account and any associated email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses from placing future orders
- Pursue recovery of any chargeback fees imposed on us by the payment processor
We encourage all customers to contact us first at support@wirelesswavestx.com before escalating to their bank or payment provider.
10. Warranty
Unless explicitly stated in the product listing, items sold by Wireless Waves TX carry no manufacturer's warranty and no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Products sold as "refurbished," "open box," or "pre-owned" are sold as-is with no warranty.
Where a manufacturer's warranty exists and is transferable, customers must contact the manufacturer directly. Wireless Waves TX does not facilitate or honor third-party warranty claims.
11. Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives visibly damaged by the carrier, you must:
- Document the damage with photos before opening the package
- Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Retain all original packaging materials (required for carrier claims)
Failure to follow these steps may disqualify you from any shipping claim. Wireless Waves TX will file a carrier claim on your behalf; resolution timelines are determined by the carrier, not by us.
12. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or a shipping label has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@wirelesswavestx.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed and is subject to our confirmation.
13. Policy Modifications
Wireless Waves TX reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase governs your order. We recommend reviewing this policy before each purchase.
