1. Return Window
Contact us at tamhswebsite@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility

  • Unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Does not cover damaged/worn items, or those missing original packaging.

  • All accessories (e.g., cables, manuals) must be included.

3. Return Process

  1. Email tamhswebsite@gmail.com with order info and reason.

  2. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back (at your cost unless defective). Use insured and trackable shipping.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refund is credited to original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.

  • The refund equals the product price only; shipping is non‑refundable.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges for different items—place a new order and return the original for a refund.

6. Defective or Wrong Items
Notify tamhswebsite@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement free of charge.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened SIM cards

  • Customized items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on product page
